Some services at Serene Haven Estates, such as specialized medical care, physical therapy, grooming, transportation, and other external provider services, may incur additional costs. These services, often provided by external professionals such as doctors, therapists, or grooming specialists, are offered based on the individual needs and preferences of residents. Each service request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the resident’s health assessment, ensuring that it aligns with their personalized care plan and well-being. Any additional fees associated with these services will be communicated clearly in advance to residents and/or their responsible parties.
